Frequently Asked Questions

We host a wide range of corporate and social events including meetings, conferences, trade shows, galas, holiday parties, weddings, proms, graduations, religious ceremonies, and private celebrations. Our flexible spaces accommodate intimate gatherings as well as large-scale events for hundreds of guests.

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for large events such as weddings, galas, and conferences, especially for peak seasons. For smaller meetings and corporate functions, 2–3 months notice is typically sufficient. Contact our team for availability.

Yes, we offer full in-house catering with an extensive menu featuring international cuisines. Our culinary team works closely with you to customise menus for dietary needs and event themes. Catering is included in most of our event packages.

Our venue is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology including projection screens, HD projectors, sound systems, microphones, and lighting. AV support is included in corporate packages; social event packages may vary. Our on-site technical staff are available throughout your event.

Yes, we offer ample complimentary on-site parking for all guests. The venue is conveniently located at 75 Derry Rd W, Mississauga, with easy access from major highways and public transit routes across the GTA.
